GOVERNMENT

We began our foray into development of government facilities when price alone was the only award criteria. Since then, criteria for federal projects has matured. Customer services and long term value have come to be the standards of performance on which both Lessor and Lessee judge the properties to which they commit. With more than 1 million square feet of successful government occupied projects in our portfolio, we have learned the value of listening and responding to our clients. HOSPITALITY

ARES oversaw construction of The Hampton Inn in Rifle, Colorado, which was the first LEED certified Hampton Inn & Suites in the state of Colorado. In order to ensure your satisfaction with your hospitality development project, ARES provides a highly collaborative, in-depth planning process. We make sure your project is designed according to your hotel brand requirements.
LAND DEVELOPMENT

ARES worked with the city of Conroe and HCA Healthcare to re-plat and develop 56.5 acres of forested land adjacent to HCA’s large Conroe Regional Medical Center. While not specifically an HCA property, we worked closely with them to ensure a harmonious mix of tenants and specialties, avoiding any potential opposition
from HCA to the planned development. The land was rezoned, then subdivided and infra-structure brought in to meet the demands of the pad sites, including roads, water, sewer, and electricity. Buildable sites were sold to end-users for vertical medical development.
