- Interview the building(s) owner to determine the goals and objective for the property.
- Review our extensive property takeover check list to ensure that all Information for effective property management is obtained.
- Develop a detailed operating plan for the property that includes items to be completed daily, weekly, annually, or as determined by the Client.
- Interview tenants to discover areas of opportunity to maximize tenant satisfaction and develop deeper relationships.
- Identification and introduction of building engineer as primary operational contact.
- Analyze areas to improve NOI, by utilizing national purchasing and/or service contracts.
- Assessing the buildings equipment life cycle profile.
- Scheduling of senior staff quarterly inspections to evaluate compliance to the operating plan.
