CHRIS ERNST
CEO & PRESIDENT | PRINCIPAL Chris Ernst leads ARES, LLC with over 25+ years experience in the area of commercial real estate and development. As the Chief Executive Officer and President, he formulates the strategic vision and leads the business development activities. In addition, he manages the commercial brokerage department and oversees all sales transactions. Chris has closed on transactions in excess of 1.3 billion dollars throughout his career. Prior to ARES, Ernst served as Senior Vice President at Aardex, LLC and Vice President with Grubb & Ellis commercial real estate. His area of expertise is commercial real estate with a focus on sustainable development.
Chris maintains active involvement in the community. He coaches football, baseball and skiing for youth locally. He has previously been a board member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and sat on the executive board for The Sustainable Building Council of Colorado. JEFF SEBERG
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER| PRINCIPAL Jeff has been in the real estate industry for more than 30+ years. In addition to his proven ability in specializing in profitable financial management, Jeff has a keen understanding of the financial management needs of both the client and the building owner, as well as possessing a unique talent for discovering sources of financing. Jeff also has in excess of 30 years experience in streamlining operations to provide cost effective client driven operations.

ASHLEY LEMON
PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN | PRINCIPAL With over 20+ years of experience, Ashley has contributed to more than 3.5 million square feet of built space in commercial, educational, retail, healthcare and residential projects. He leads the design efforts for all ARES projects. Ashley has completed projects in 37 states and is well versed in building vernaculars and jurisdictional requirements. Licensed Architect. Licensed General Contractor.

Justin has been with ARES LLC since 2007 and has been in the construction and property management profession for nearly fifteen years., along with just over eight years in the US Navy. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, which has given Justin a unique prospective and understanding of leadership and management. Having experience as a contractor, field engineer, project and property manager, his knowledge of operating facilities is well-rounded.

Richard has been in commercial construction management for over 35 years. Richard has done projects across the country, covering all aspects of the construction process. With a keen eye for detail and strong negotiation skills, Richard provides flexibility to achieve the client’s goals and maintain continuity throughout the construction process.

Michael has over 40 years in the construction profession. Michael has a unique prospective of the understanding of the construction process; from the importance of quality construction, schedule maintenance, and budget control to ensure client satisfaction. As a contractor, field engineer, superintendent, and project manager he has been integral in all processes; from assisting in design to the daily on site management of construction sites.

Jon brings over 25 years experience in architecture and design to ARES LLC. Prior to joining the company, he worked at MOA Architecture in Denver. Embracing the core principals that ARES stands for - raising productivity and efficiency, inspiring, increasing competitive business success, reducing operational costs and being a steward of the environment - Jon designs and creates exceptional spaces. He graduated from Iowa State with a degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect.

RALPH LUBEN

Ralph brings over 30 years of experience in construction accounting to ARES LLC and has worked with hundreds of contractors nationwide in the areas of accounting software implementations, process improvements, workflows and business consulting. He has worked with contractors in all market segments including general contracting, mechanical, electrical and highway-heavy. Ralph graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He currently lives in the Denver area and enjoys the mountains of Colorado fishing, camping, hiking and skiing.

Having worked in array of arenas in this capacity, she offers exceptional administrative support to our construction managers and project managers. When outside the office, Becky enjoys spending time with her family.

Erin joined the ARES LLC team in early 2014. She brings over 6 years of property management accounting experience to her role. Erin graduated from the AIB College of Business in Des Moines, Iowa with an Associate's degree in Accounting and Information Technology and also a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, earning herself a spot in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Lisa joined the ARES LLC team in 2008 and brings over 20 years of accounting experience in the real estate and property management areas to the company. Prior to ARES, she worked in Accounts Payable for a company who manages medical buildings. Lisa attended Rio Hondo College and the University of California. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, especially exploring Colorado and spending time with her family and friends.
