Since its inception in 1989, The Golden Urban Renewal Authority’s (GURA) charter has been to rejuvenate underused land and properties in Golden. GURA, in conjunction with ARES, LLC is fulfilling this goal by redeveloping the last two lots of this city block, bookending the Gateway Station public parking garage. This project will help further their mission of revitalizing and reinvigorating the downtown community.
The buildings are designed to provide top-quality space with flexible layouts, and will be constructed with sustainable methods and materials. They will offer a unique mix of office, retail, and residential uses chosen to complement the community and bring a new energy to Downtown Golden.
